Weather (Thời tiết) là một trong những chủ đề quen thuộc trong kỳ thi Cambridge English: Starters. Bé sẽ học cách gọi tên các kiểu thời tiết, mùa trong năm, quần áo phù hợp với từng kiểu thời tiết và sử dụng các mẫu câu đơn giản để nói về thời tiết hằng ngày.

5. Tips

• Dạy bé bắt đầu mỗi ngày bằng cách trả lời câu hỏi "How's the weather today?" để hình thành phản xạ giao tiếp.

• Kết hợp học từ vựng với việc quan sát thời tiết thực tế ngoài trời hoặc xem bản tin dự báo thời tiết.

• Sử dụng tranh ảnh về bốn mùa để giúp bé ghi nhớ các từ spring, summer, autumn, winter dễ dàng hơn.

• Khuyến khích bé nói thành câu hoàn chỉnh như "It is sunny today." hoặc "I like rainy days."

• Chơi trò chơi ghép hình giữa kiểu thời tiết và trang phục phù hợp như rainy → umbrella, winter → coat.

• Ôn tập từ vựng bằng flashcards và luyện đọc to các đoạn hội thoại để cải thiện phát âm.

• Kết nối chủ đề này với các chủ đề Clothes, Transportation và House để giúp bé sử dụng từ vựng trong nhiều tình huống giao tiếp khác nhau
