Modern advertisements constantly persuade people to purchase products they may not actually need, leading to unnecessary spending and financial pressure. In addition, advertising has a strong influence on purchasing decisions, particularly through celebrity endorsements and social media promotions. Many advertisements also contribute to the creation of unrealistic lifestyles by presenting luxury products and idealized lifestyles that ordinary people cannot easily achieve. As a result, individuals may feel dissatisfied with their own lives or experience pressure to imitate social trends. Another serious issue is the manipulation of children and teenagers, who are more vulnerable to persuasive marketing techniques. For example, advertisements promoting fast food, sugary drinks, or expensive fashion brands may encourage unhealthy habits and materialistic attitudes among young people.

To minimize these harmful effects, governments should introduce stricter advertising regulations and limit misleading or unethical marketing practices.
