In the northern section, several four-bedroom houses are currently located along a curved private road and surrounded by numerous trees, with no public facilities available. Under the redevelopment plan, a straight road will divide this part of the estate into two sections. A lake will be constructed on the left, while a tennis court will occupy the opposite side. Most of the existing houses and trees will be removed to accommodate these new amenities.

The southern half currently contains a similar arrangement of large houses and extensive greenery. After redevelopment, however, a flower garden will be built in the centre and enclosed by new internal roads as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom houses. Furthermore, a large parking area will be added at the southern end of the estate, and the majority of the trees will disappear.
