During the preparation stage, trees are first cut down and trimmed into logs. These logs are then processed into wood chips using a machine. Next, the chips are dried for 24 hours with the aid of steam and hot air. Once dried, they are stored for a period ranging from one to four weeks before entering the production stage.

In the second stage, the stored wood chips are mixed with glue and wax to produce a bonding mixture. This material is then poured into moulds to obtain its initial shape before being compressed into solid chipboard panels. In the final step, the finished chipboard is used as the main material for manufacturing furniture such as tables and chairs.
