Furthermore, funding the arts provides support for creative industries, which generate employment opportunities and stimulate economic activity. In many countries, artistic attractions contribute significantly to tourism, leading to a contribution to tourism and economic growth. Therefore, allocating some public resources to the arts can enrich society both culturally and economically.

On the other hand, healthcare and education are more fundamental to a country's development. Investment in healthcare leads to the improvement of public health outcomes, enabling citizens to live longer and healthier lives. Similarly, greater spending on education ensures better access to quality education, allowing individuals to acquire valuable knowledge and skills.
