3. Bài mẫu hoàn chỉnh

In many countries, governments have introduced laws that restrict the number of hours employees are permitted to work. I believe this policy has mainly been introduced to protect workers from physical and mental exhaustion, and despite certain economic challenges, it represents an overall positive development for both individuals and society.

One of the main reasons for implementing such regulations is the protection of employee well-being. Long working hours are often associated with physical fatigue, chronic stress, and declining mental health. In many industries, particularly those involving machinery or transportation, fatigue can also threaten workplace safety and increase the likelihood of serious accidents. Governments therefore introduce laws to support burnout prevention and strengthen labor rights protection. In addition, excessive working hours often lead to lower concentration and reduced efficiency, meaning that productivity management has become an increasingly important concern for employers as well as policymakers. From a broader perspective, these regulations also address significant public health concerns.

In my opinion, this policy is largely beneficial. One major advantage is that limiting working hours helps employees achieve a healthier work-life balance, allowing them to spend more time with family, pursue personal interests, and recover from professional pressure. This often leads to better mental health improvement, stronger family relationships, and higher job satisfaction. Although some workers may experience reduced income opportunities, especially those who depend on overtime pay, the long-term benefits appear more significant. Businesses may initially face higher business operating costs when adjusting staffing arrangements, but healthier employees generally contribute to stronger economic efficiency over time.

Overall, although limiting working hours may create short-term economic challenges, I believe it is a highly positive development because it protects workers, improves quality of life, and supports sustainable economic productivity.
