On the one hand, many people believe that transporting children to school should remain a matter of family responsibility. Parents usually understand their children's daily routines, emotional needs, and personal preferences better than any public institution. As a result, they may provide more personalized care and maintain closer child supervision throughout the journey. In addition, private transportation allows for flexible schedules, which can be especially useful when children participate in extracurricular activities or need to attend school at different times. From this perspective, parental involvement can ensure greater convenience and individual attention.

On the other hand, I strongly believe that governments are in a better position to provide large-scale transportation services. A well-organized public transport system can guarantee equal access to education, particularly for children from disadvantaged backgrounds or those living in remote areas. Government-funded school buses can also significantly contribute to traffic congestion reduction, especially in crowded urban centers where thousands of parents drive their children to school every morning. Furthermore, professionally managed transportation services often follow strict safety regulations, which can improve public safety and reduce accident risks. In addition, providing financial support for low-income families can ensure that every child has the opportunity to receive quality education regardless of economic circumstances.

Overall, although parents should remain involved in their children's daily education, I believe governments should assume the main responsibility for school transportation because this creates a safer, fairer, and more efficient education system.
