3. Bài mẫu hoàn chỉnh

As digital technology continues to develop, many people now access information online instead of visiting traditional libraries. While some argue that governments should stop funding free public libraries because information is easily available on the internet, I believe libraries still play an essential role in education and society.

One important advantage of public libraries is the provision of equal access to knowledge. Not everyone can afford personal computers, expensive textbooks, or stable internet connections, particularly people from low-income backgrounds. Public libraries provide free access to books, computers, and educational materials, ensuring educational resource availability for all citizens. In addition, libraries serve as valuable community learning spaces, where students and researchers can study in quiet study environments without distractions. Libraries also support promotion of reading habits, especially among children, by encouraging regular reading and independent learning. Furthermore, they provide significant cultural and social value through public events, educational workshops, and community programs. For these reasons, libraries continue to offer benefits that online resources alone cannot fully replace.

On the other hand, supporters of digital learning argue that the internet offers easy online information access and greater convenience. Today, people can access academic articles, e-books, and educational videos within seconds through smartphones or computers. In addition, digital learning convenience allows individuals to study anytime and anywhere, making traditional libraries less necessary for some users. Governments may also face government spending concerns because maintaining libraries often involves high maintenance costs, including staff salaries, building upkeep, and technology investment. Moreover, technological advancement impact has contributed to declining library usage in certain areas.

Overall, although the internet has transformed the way people access information, I believe free public libraries should continue to be funded because they promote educational equality and provide valuable community services.
