3. Bài mẫu hoàn chỉnh

Some people argue that individuals should be allowed to keep all the money they earn without paying taxes to the government. Although this idea may seem appealing because it offers greater financial freedom, I strongly disagree with it because taxes are essential for funding public services and supporting social stability.

One important reason for taxation is that it provides governments with the resources needed to deliver essential public services. Public schools, hospitals, police forces, and emergency services all rely heavily on tax revenue. In addition, taxes contribute to the development and maintenance of infrastructure, including roads, bridges, and public transportation systems. Without sufficient funding, governments would struggle to provide these services effectively, which would negatively affect the quality of life for all citizens. Therefore, taxation is a necessary mechanism for ensuring that society functions efficiently and that basic public needs are met.

Another reason I oppose this idea is that taxes help promote fairness and social cohesion. Through taxation, governments can provide social welfare for vulnerable groups, such as the elderly, unemployed individuals, and people with disabilities. Tax revenue also supports healthcare and education systems, giving citizens access to opportunities regardless of their financial circumstances. Furthermore, taxation contributes to the promotion of economic stability and public safety by funding programs that reduce poverty and social inequality. If individuals were allowed to keep all of their income, governments would have far fewer resources to address these issues, potentially leading to greater social divisions and instability.

In conclusion, although paying taxes reduces the amount of money individuals can keep, I strongly oppose the view that people should be exempt from taxation. Taxes are essential for funding public services, supporting disadvantaged groups, and ensuring the long-term development of society.
