Khác với các Map thông thường, đối diện với dạng yêu cầu so sánh hai vị trí khác nhau, trọng tâm khi này sẽ là việc tìm ra những điểm khác biệt, cũng như tương đồng giữa 2 địa điểm trong bài viết.

1. Gợi ý cách triển khai bố cục bài viết

a. Introduction:

Thí sinh cần paraphrase lại đề bài, với mục tiêu chính là nêu rõ đối tượng và thời gian so sánh. Cấu trúc gợi ý:
The two maps illustrate the layouts of [Area A] and [Area B] in [year].
The given maps compare the geographical features of [Area A] and [Area B] as they appeared in [year].
The maps provide a comparison between [Area A] and [Area B] in terms of their layout in [year].
The given maps highlight the main differences between [Area A] and [Area B] as of [year].

b. Overview: 

Thí sinh cần đưa ra cái nhìn tổng thể và ngắn gọn về hai khu vực.

Ví dụ: Overall, both areas share certain fundamental features such as a main road and residential zones, yet Area A is more commercially oriented, whereas Area B places greater emphasis on recreation and community facilities.

c. Body Paragraph 1 - Tập trung vào sự tương đồng: 

Miêu tả những yếu tố mà hai khu vực đều có, như hệ thống giao thông, nhà ở, hoặc trường học. 

Ví dụ: Both areas are organized around a north–south main road, and each contains a residential quarter located in the western part. Additionally, schools are present in both areas, highlighting a shared priority for education.

d. Body Paragraph 2 - Nêu ra những điểm khác nhau: 

Tập trung phân tích các khía cạnh khác biệt về chức năng và hạ tầng.

Ví dụ: Area A accommodates a shopping mall and an industrial site in the east, features which are absent in Area B. Instead, Area B is dominated by a large park and a sports complex, demonstrating its orientation towards leisure and well-being rather than commerce and industry.

Ví dụ: Both Area A and Area B share several similar characteristics in terms of their general layout. A noticeable similarity between the two areas is that residential zones are located at the centre, surrounded by main roads forming a rectangular pattern. In both maps, there is a presence of a park and a school within walking distance of the housing area, suggesting that both places were designed with accessibility and community needs in mind. Likewise, each area includes a public transport route connecting major facilities, which indicates that convenience for residents was prioritized in both developments.
